This privacy policy applies to the company SC NAPOSINT PRODCOM SRL (“NAPOSINT”) CUI RO5013869, J12/4095/1993, TETAROM FN, RASCRUCI, BONTIDA, CLUJ county and owned websites and subdomains. NAPOSINT (“we”) recognizes the importance of the privacy of information about you. This privacy policy explains what information about you will be collected by NAPOSINT when you access the Site, what information will be used and how you can control their collection, correction and/or deletion.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy. This privacy policy does not apply to information we collect through other means (including offline) or from other sources. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given in our Terms. NAPOSINT is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of the information you transmit to NAPOSINT or guarantee that your information on the NAPOSINT website cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breaching any of our industry standard physical, technical or managerial warranties. When you enter sensitive information (such as login details) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt this information using SSL (socket layer secure) technology. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for other purposes.

If personal information is compromised as a breach of security, NAPOSINT will promptly notify customers in accordance with applicable law.

You may review, correct, update, or delete inaccuracies in the information about you that NAPOSINT maintains in its database by logging into your account to update your password and billing information. Alternatively (for data subjects tracked by NAPOSINT), you can contact us directly at office@naposint.ro. We will respond to your request within 72 hours and resolve it promptly. The Data Protection Act gives you a number of rights related to the processing of your personal data. In this regard, you have the right to request that we rectify or delete personal data or restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe that is incorrect. In addition, you have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests as a legal basis. We are obliged to evaluate and act on your request.
