The NAPOSINT quality policy is based on the following principles:
Our general quality goal is zero defects
Quality assurance is the task of each individual employee.
It is the continual task of management to promote quality awareness.
Quality must be planned, starting from the conceptual design of products and processes. Cost reduction must not affect quality.

Following the principles of ISO 9001:2000, company processes are managed on the basis of a process-oriented management system.

NAPOSINT is currently accredited to international quality standards ISO 9001:2015. The company is committed to meeting and exceeding its customer’s expectations for the products and services it provides.
